I aspire to help organisations become more resilient and sustainable and believe that this will develop from the people who work within them as well as the organisation's other assets. I use my expertise to develop people and organisations, and work to empower others to make the desired changes.
My work stems from a passionate belief that culture and the arts can change people’s lives. I am a senior leader within the cultural sector with more than 30 years of experience of working with a diverse range of clients across artforms, to develop and transform organisations and services for the benefit of audiences, artists, stakeholders and staff.
